Automatically Fax/E-Mail/Archive/Print all at the same time, just by printing to the AutoDoc virtual printer from the business software you already own, without any extra user interaction!

Add a text field with an e-mail address and/or faxnumber, in a special color, to your document template(s)/layout(s), instruct AutoDoc HSE what to do with these fields and then, print to the AutoDoc printer, producing (hundreds of different) personalized,
e-mails, faxes and archived documents, from one print job,depending on the information in the documents.

How it's done? Just give key text fields, like a customer's e-mail address or fax number, in your ERP or CRM program another font color and you are ready to go!                 Use invisible white text (on a white background) or any other color you select for AutoDoc to recognize in your document to define: The form "template" number to apply (for example '01' for invoices, '02' for statements etc...) The e-mail address(es) to send to The fax number(s) to send to The language to apply in an e-mail message or fax cover page text (for example 'EN' for English, 'FR' for French etc...) Use "other" colors to define different variables (like an invoice number, customer number or name) that can be used in the e-mail message, fax cover page text and also to store documents as PDF in a variable locations. Within AutoDoc, you then define what to do with these previous definitions. Check the  PowerPoint presentation to learn more about this feature. It's a virtual printer driver,  Because of this, there is NO direct connection  to your application program or data, so it's completely safe. So print like you used to do and AutoDoc will filter out any processing information. All printer functionality is retained,  so you can use it as your default printer and AutoDoc will only process what you tell it to. Automatic E-Mail to e-mail address(es) taken from the document with PDF attachment with letterheads, E-Mails with selectable  Excel XLS, XLT,   XML  and TXT attachments Form selectable CC and BCC of the sent messages.Fully customizable subject,  HTML body text with automatic embedding of  graphic files used in the HTML code and extra attachments taken from the fields  in the document or based on occurences  of certain text in the document. Automatic Archive Documents   in PDF format in multiple automatically created foldersand sub-folders, selected from fields in your document.  System variables like date and time can be used to group the documents in a user defined way. Multiple paths can be specified for each printed page. Choose between appending or overwriting of an existing PDF document. (for example to create one PDF of all documents  sent to one client, all monthly reports, salesmen reports........) Multi Language characters in PDF the PDF files generated are currently supporting  Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Greek and all major European character sets.

Automatic "Multi drop" printing Print to the AutoDoc printer and deliver the  same document on multiple selected printers (for example to print copies of invoices on  printers in multiple departments) Automatic "Reduced printer output" When documents that are faxed or emailed  are not needed on the printer then this option gives you the opportunity to only print out documents that were not faxed or  emailed by AutoDoc (for example to only print out order confirmation  that did not have a valid fax or email address) Multi Language E-Mail messages E-Mails subject, body text and date descriptions  can be defined for each of the 99 forms,  for 15 different languages,  so you can send your customers  e-mail texts in their own language. Language identifier will be selected from a key field in the document,  (for example enter 'EN' for english, 'FR' for French etc..) Like this,one invoice run can produce different  language text in e-mails for each seperate e-mail Integration with GoldMine® CRM  and other programs Documents that are archived can also be automatically linked back to GoldMine® customer  records through matching fields in the  document to different selectable fields  in the customer record.
