Create PDF files

• PDF files can be created automatically.
• PDF document name can be created dynamically, based on e.g. the invoice number
• Graphical files are used to create letterhead with company logo
• Support creating multiple-page PDF documents (e.g. first page, subsequent pages)
• Support for Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Greek and all other European character sets

Send documents via e-mail

• Recipients’ e-mail addresses can be found dynamically, based on the PDF document or database queries
• CC and BCC options
• E-mail body in plain text or HTML
• Support for 15 different languages (more on request)
• Attachments can be of type PDF, XLS, XLT, XML and TXT
• Automatically attach extra documents

Create document archives

• Archive documents to multiple locations
• Archive paths can be created dynamically
• File names can be created dynamically
• Use system variables (e.g. date and time) to create archive folders
• Save PDF files individually or add to existing PDF file

Multi drop printing

• Print to multiple printers and trays
• Define printers on user level
• Print to barcode printers or merge with RTF templates

Send documents via fax

• Send out faxes via a fax server
• Recipients’ fax numbers can be found dynamically, based on the PDF document or database queries
• Define fax layout including company logo

Send SMS/text messages

• Dynamically send out SMS/text messages

Data logging

• Any document processed via AutoDoc HSE is recorded in a log file. You can always track when and to whom a document has been delivered.

ODBC database connectivity

• Advanced possibilities to retrieve additional information from a database, e.g. for contact details.
