A version to suit every requirement...

AutoDoc HSE is available in four separate versions, each designed to improve the way you deliver your documents and save you money in the process. Listed below is a brief description of each version and its key applications, and the Feature Comparison allows for an easy check of whether specific functionality differs between versions.

You will also find that AutoDoc HSE is possibly the most competitively priced product on the market, with most applications offering this functionality starting well above our Enterprise version, with extra cost for the functions we include as standard. There is also an easy upgrade path between all versions, which means AutoDoc HSE can grow with you as your needs change. See the Price List for details.

  Single User Automated document delivery for the Home or Small Business.

The Lite version is designed to provide AutoDoc HSE’s core functions required to achieve automated document delivery, without the load handling capacities of the larger versions.

The Lite version still includes AutoDoc HSE’s very powerful context-sensitive delivery capabilities, as well as the ability to use document text in the delivery itself.		 Ideal for the Small Business with more form requirements or RAW/PCL support.

Includes support for DOS based printing from older applications and also non Windows-based applications such as Linux or AS/400.

Still limited to single a user, but with many of the functions of the higher versions.

 Designed for network installations, the Server version is ideal for the small to mid sized operation with more complex delivery requirements, or needing a server-based solution.

The Server version comes with 5 network users initially and can be expanded to a maximum of 20. It also includes support for XLS, XLT and TXT type attachments in Emails, and the number of variables available during processing is extended to 20 per form.



 Document delivery efficiencies for the larger organisation.

The Enterprise version caters for heavy print loads, and supports the extra complexity in configuration required by an organisation with more users and a wider variety of outputs.

Unlimited number of users can be added, maximum number of forms extended to 99, XML archiving and attachments, multi-thread operation and the ability to add additional 'virtual printers' make this the Flagship of the AutoDoc HSE range....
